This ship was rather unusual.

What is it?

That can only be HMS Agincourt, with 14-12 inch guns. Originally ordered for Brazil, transferred to Turkey, taken over by Britain when WWI broke out

you know your battleships,Agincourt she is.

A most impressive looking vessel.

She was the only dreadnaught to have seven turrets and fourteen main guns. She used 12 inch guns to maintain compatibility with the two earlier, smaller Brazilian dreadnaughts. She ended up longer and larger than her contemporaries built for the Royal Navy that mounted 10 13.5 inch like the Iron Duke.

Hello Chuck Hill,

she was certainly a looker.
She also reminded me of a discussion from NewWars.
Imagine 7 Advanced Gun System turrets on one hull!

Seven Advanced Gun Systems on a single hull?!? The resulting vessel would be over 1,000 feet in length!
