Thats just porn.

10 of those and an undefended beach, we could land a pocket division in 6 hours.

Hello TheRaging Tory,

I estimate that 10 of those could deliver about 533 medium armoured vehicles to the beach in a day from about 5 miles offshore,i.e. beyond the range of anything but a heavy weapon.

From closer in off an undefended beach, say a mile offshore you would get about 206 medium armoured vehicles in 6 hours or 103 Challenger II tanks or 425 Viking vehicles.

I assumed 15 minutes on the beach and 15 minutes in the docking well on each trip (based on U.S.Navy figures).

I like it's simplicity and low cost compared to hovercraft,I am not sure if this was rejected in favour of the PACSCAT.

Hello steve,

have you noticed how the French even make their military equipment look French?

Um. Actually yes I had! French cars, French diesel and electric locomotives, etc. all have a certain something.

There are some vid's of EDAR on YouTube.
