The War In Ukraine: Worse Things Happen At Sea

The forty year old Russian cruiser Moskva or Moscow,the lead ship of the Slava or Glory class cruisers,also known as the Project 1164 Atlant or Atlas class,and the flagship of the Russian Navy's Black Sea Fleet,whose movements have recently been tracked by open source analysts,has been hit by two Ukrainian Р-360 Neptune missiles according to Ukrainian sources,Russian sources claim the vessels has been damaged by a fire.

Her Majesty's Ship Queen Elizabeth arrived in the Republic of Cyprus during what it's President Nicos Anastasiades described as "The largest fire since 1974".

Despite the Royal Navy's long history of providing assistance to foreign countries in their hour of need,"First on the scene of disaster and promptly at work,defiant of danger",her helicopters do not appear to have helped to fight this fire.

However,Royal Air Force helicopters did.
