Armies do not win wars,industries do,unfortunately a generation of senior British Army officers has been allowed to destroy the United Kingdom's,once war winning,ground combat industry,which is why the Prime Minister now has to beg for permission to send foreign made military equipment to Ukraine,to be the arsenal of democracy one must first possess an arsenal.
