You mean a vessel akin to USNS Point Barrow (T-AKD-1), which was a conversion to carry Saturn rockets from 1965 through 1970. There's a picture of her with a very large main deck hanger extending over one-half of her length.

That is not what she is and she doesn't carry rockets either.
She does fulfill a more "military" purpose that that.
