Chuck,Yeah, either a light tank turret or one from an early medium tank. My immediate impression is that it's most likely Romanian or Russian.
Hello,Chuck Hill has it.It is a French river monitor in Indo-China,early 1950s.If you look closely you can see the French uniforms.The turret mantlet looks vaugely British.Now,steve has given me an idea for a future post. GrandLogistics.
