Lurssen CM 65 class corvette. Although, the trainable missile launcher is different from the GoalKeeper 30 mm CIWS that I've seen on that class. Then there's the SAM launcher in place of the twin 40 mm Dardo gun system mounted aft (for the CM 65). And the aft superstructure beneath the helipad is also different. But, all in all, what you've pictured appears to be a variant form of a Lurssen corvette design.
It is Italian built but not Italian. I was thinking it was one of the Corvettes built for Iraq but never delivered by the photo of those I have found don't have the flight deck but are otherwise very close.
From this angle it much resembles a Bahraini Royal Navy FPB 62 class corvette (built by Lursen of Germany).
